Three steps
From request to first tee
Same process as the homepage: preferences in, confirmation out, then the first tee.

Send your preferences
Dates, players, and preferred clubs. Add rentals or a hotel pickup if you need them.
Pick today, tomorrow, or any date on the calendar.

We speak with the club
You receive a tee time and clear green fee, usually within a few hours.
Most confirmations come back in two to four hours.

Show up and play
Your name is with the pro shop. Message us on WhatsApp if plans change.
WhatsApp stays open through your round.

Good to know
How far ahead should I book?
Forty-eight hours is ideal, especially for weekends and peak season (October to April). Shorter notice is often fine; message us on WhatsApp.
How does payment work?
Visa, Mastercard, Kashier, Amex, and Instapay. Most guests pay at the club; groups may use bank transfer. You see the full price before anything is due.
Can you arrange club rentals?
Yes. All five clubs offer sets (around $20 each). Tell us how many you need and we reserve them with the pro shop.
Can you arrange a hotel transfer?
Yes. Include your hotel and preferred pickup time. Transfers are included in package quotes and can be added to a single round.
What happens after I send a request?
We check availability with the club and reply with the tee time, green fee, and next steps. WhatsApp stays open throughout.
Is the quoted price final?
Yes. Green fees, rentals, and transfers are listed separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Is there a minimum number of players?
No. We book solo players, couples, and larger groups. The green fee is per player.
